Shipping & Delivery Policy
At WagWondersPro, we are committed to delivering your premium pet gear as quickly and safely as possible. To ensure the best experience, we fulfill our orders directly from our USA-based warehouses.
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer Free Premium Tracked Shipping on all orders within the United States.

United States (Domestic): 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International: 7–15 business days (depending on location).
Please note: While we strive for speed, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your "Elite" gear directly on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes WagWondersPro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at hello@wagwonderspro.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can resolve it for you quickly.
